Our commitment to your puppy's health and happiness extends from the moment you choose one of our pups until they become a cherished member of your household. In this section, we outline our delivery process and comprehensive health guarantee, assuring you that you are embarking on a remarkable journey with a happy, healthy, and well-cared-for puppy. Health Guarantee, Delivery, and Deposit
Health Examination: The puppy will undergo a thorough veterinary examination performed by a licensed veterinarian, and a copy of the puppy's health record will be provided upon delivery. The puppy will be found to be in good health and free from any communicable diseases at the time of sale.
Vaccinations and Deworming: The puppy will receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments. The Buyer is responsible for continuing the puppy's vaccination and deworming schedule as advised by a licensed veterinarian.
Genetic Health: We guarantee that the puppy is free from congenital or hereditary disorders that would severely affect its health for a period of eighteen months from the date of sale.
Return Policy: In the event a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a life-threatening congenital or hereditary disorder within the guarantee period, the Buyer may have return options available. Please reach out for details.
Delivery: Price depends on the location. We will deliver the puppy anywhere in the contiguous US. We can meet you all or part of the way. Delivery options are at the Buyer's expense in addition to the price of the puppy.
Boarding: Boarding, vet if needed, and food will be supplied if you are unable to pick up your puppy after 8 weeks. Arrangements must be made in advance, and there will be an additional daily fee.
Pickup: Puppies are available for pickup in Muscatine, Iowa after 8 weeks.
